Hello and Happy Weekend!
This week, we're sharing stories about the Carrboro Farmers' Market and mental health issues associated with flooding.
Surely you've heard about the Uproar Arts Festival. There are 20 installations around Carrboro. You can see them all on foot in about 2 hours, starting at Town Hall and moving east toward Peel Gallery, or vice versa. You will marvel at these creative works! Another fun aspect of this festival is that you can vote on the pieces and the winning artist gets a cash prize. There are also 20 pieces in Chapel Hill and 20 in Hillsborough. We are so lucky to be surrounded by art.
